Information pursuant to § 4 of the Estonian Information Society Services Act (infoühiskonna teenuse seadus) and Article 5 of Directive 2000/31/EC (E-Commerce Directive). Simtasy is a business-to-business platform; our services are offered to companies, agencies and entrepreneurs, not to consumers.

2. Responsible for content

Responsible person — to be completed by the operator, Simtasy OÜ, at the address above. Content on storefronts operated by our customers (e.g. shops on *.simtasy.com or connected custom domains) is provided by the respective reseller, who is solely responsible for it — see their own imprint on the storefront.

3. Regulatory information

Simtasy does not operate a public electronic communications network. eSIM connectivity is provided by third-party mobile network operators and aggregators; resellers using the platform are responsible for any telecommunications or consumer law registration requirements applicable to their own business.

4. Dispute resolution

Our services are directed exclusively at businesses (B2B). Consumer dispute-resolution procedures therefore do not apply to the contractual relationship between Simtasy and its resellers. Disputes are governed by Estonian law with the courts of Harju County, Tallinn, having jurisdiction — see our Terms of Service.

5. Liability for content and links

We prepare the content of this website with care; however, we cannot guarantee that it is complete, correct and up to date at all times. Product availability, network coverage and wholesale prices are provided by upstream suppliers and may change.
